My roles as a clinician, coach, educator, athlete, wife, and mom constantly inform one another. Whether I’m chasing a sunrise on an early morning run, chasing my boys on the soccer field, coaching an athlete on how to safely return to sport, or pursuing continuing education to refine my practice, I am driven by a commitment to lifelong growth and the pure joy of staying active.
Meet Julie
Movement has been the running thread throughout my life. Long before becoming a physical therapist, I was the kid outside shooting baskets, riding bikes, and joining competitive soccer leagues. Raised in a family of avid runners, I spent early mornings cheering at marathons and late afternoons pounding the pavement with my parents—a passion that carried me through high school cross-country and into my career today.
I earned my undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware in 2008 and completed my Doctor of Physical Therapy at Drexel University in 2011. Since entering outpatient practice, my focus has been on helping people rebuild their physical foundation with confidence. For me, care goes beyond clinical skill—it starts with truly listening to patients when they feel like they are starting over.
